The Bumbu Toys Japanese Maple is a work of art, featuring incredible purples and pinks across its wide-reaching foliage, a rich brown trunk, and a grassy green base. The Japanese Maple Tree is wonderfully wide and tall at a huge 41cm wide and 28.5m across. It will quickly become a favourite piece to include in your small world play scenes.

Japanese maples are considered a symbol of grace and beauty in their home country. They draw locals and overseas visitors alike as their leaves turn to display a magnificent array of brilliant colours.

Being hand-finished, each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes.  Bumbu glues together smaller pieces of wood to form larger pieces that are then cut to shape. This technique leaves less timber wastage and may be evidenced by small join lines across the pieces. Please note Bumbu Toys are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel. Colours and tones may differ from those pictured.
