Bumbu Toys' Stephen the Great wooden figurine is suitably regal in his tall yellow crown and elaborate red robe that has been painted to indicate a fur lining. Stephen has long flowing locks and a dashing mustache, and he holds a sword between both hands.

Stephen III of Moldovia is more commonly referred to as Stephen the Great. Stephen achieved many military victories. His long rule brought a period of stability in the history of Moldavia and modern Romanians consider Stephen one of their greatest national heroes. He has been canonised by the Romanian Othodox Church and thus bears the veneration "Stephen the Great and Holy".

Each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes. Handpainted details are wonderfully unique from piece to piece and might not look identical to the stock pictures.
